Redefining digital through the lens of shared wellbeing: people, animals, and the planet at the heart of an interconnected ecosystem.
Arcaplanet, the leading Italian brand in pet care, chose to renew its digital presence through a strategy that celebrates the special bond between humans and animals. Starting from the new payoff “Pets. People. Planet” we redesigned the brand’s entire digital ecosystem, creating a web experience that reflects an integrated vision of wellbeing. A project that combines functionality and values, turning every digital interaction into an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between pet parents, animals, and the environment.
To support the new positioning, we designed and developed arcaplanetgroup.com, a corporate portal that brings together all of the company’s activities, including collaborations, social commitment, volunteering, and the Foundation’s initiatives. Our journey began with co-design and UX analysis sessions, followed by content creation, UI definition, and finally development and SEO optimization.
A special dynamic homepage collects all the milestones of the company’s projects, while the thematic sections provide detailed storytelling of individual activities in the field. The site’s custom, dynamic structure also allowed the creation of a “smart” version, installed in interactive totems located at the Carasco (GE) headquarters and in stores in Milan.
