Giving new life to a daily icon.
Prep is a historic Italian skincare brand, always present in everyday routines: a cream after shaving, an after-sun lotion, a deodorant to start the day. Prep is one of those brands that has ‘always been there.’ But today, in a crowded and ever-evolving digital landscape, even an iconic brand needs to evolve and consolidate its narrative.
Since 2024, Digital Paths has supported Prep in revamping its communication, aiming to revitalize its social presence while maintaining the brand’s authenticity, updating its language, visual identity, and digital footprint.
We worked on refreshing the visual identity to make it more recognizable and immediate: content designed to tell the story of the products through everyday situations, with a ‘pop’, ironic, and direct tone of voice capable of speaking both to the long-standing community and to new target segments.
At the same time, we strengthened Prep’s presence on Instagram and Facebook and launched TikTok (May 2025), creating content that was both informative and light-hearted, from infographics to trending formats, to reach a broader and more diverse community across all key platforms. Not just a simple product showcase, but storytelling that turns every cream, every gesture, into a real and shared routine.
The results were immediate. In the first half of 2025, on Meta platforms, we generated over 35,000 interactions and gained more than 5,000 followers. And in just the first two months on TikTok, we recorded 7.5 million views, over 9,000 likes, and a fanbase of more than 2,000 followers.
A project that shows, month after month, how even a brand with limited digital activity can communicate in an authentic, engaging, and current way. Today, Prep is part of the conversation again—every day, for everyone. Just like its products.
